When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.
Your initial exam will last approximately 60-90 minutes. This evaluation will utilize digital x-rays and intraoral pictures, along with a gum screening exam to provide you with a comprehensive outline of your existing dental problems and proposed treatment. At the end of your appointment, our knowledgeable front desk staff will provide you with a financial estimate for your treatment plan and help you schedule your appointments.
