You’ll receive routine preventive care and discounts on additional treatments—all with no deductibles, no waiting periods, and no surprise bills. It’s the perfect solution for individuals and families without dental insurance!

- Plans and savings for people of all ages, including infants and toddlers
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT DENTAL INSURANCE. Cannot be combined with other insurance or discount plans. The plan is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under MGLC111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This Provider agrees, in exchange for your payment of agreed upon membership fees, to provide the Member with Covered Services. The Covered Services and a schedule of our current fees for the Covered Services will be provided upon request. If a patient presents with periodontal infection, a personalized treatment plan will be presented at an additional cost. If Provider offers a perio plan, it is strictly for preventive maintenance care. The membership plan will auto-renew each year on the renewal date. Patient may terminate and specific termination requirements will be found in the Membership Agreement. Covered Services not used during any one-year term will not be carried over to the next one-year renewal term, or be transferred to another member. Services will be provided at this location only.

Dr. Nathan Makay believes that continuing education is an essential part of providing quality, comprehensive care to his patients. He is currently active in Spear Education and has attended the Misch International Implant Institute, in addition to receiving special training in Invisalign®, Six Month Smiles®, and Perio Protect®.
Dr. Jordan A. Lieberman DDS
Dr. Jordan Lieberman is a graduate of the New York University of College of Dentistry where he was recognized as a leader within his group practice for his clinical abilities and promotion of patient education. Dr. Lieberman also believes in community service, and has participated in outreaches both locally and internationally.
Dr. Nick Bryan DMD
Dr. Nick Bryan is a graduate of the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Bryan is enthusiastic about delivering comprehensive dental care including esthetic dentistry, Invisalign, and implantology as a member of the unbelievable dental team at Essex Family Dental.
